Robert graduated from Auburn University in 1983 with a Bachelor degree in Sport Fisheries Management and immediately opened Auburn Aquatics Inc., a management company specializing in the management of trophy bass and bream lakes. Auburn Aquatics, Inc was the first business of its kind in the Southeast.
Because of the relationship to farm and land, he soon began to help clients find, manage, and sell their rural properties. After successfully running that company, and producing seven of the ten largest bass ever caught in Alabama, he sold the business to a competitor and began doing his real passion, land and development, full time.
In 2010, a professor friend at Auburn asked Robert if he had time to do a “little research project” for him in exchange for a Masters degree in Horticulture. He did and that has now resulted in the University asking him to stay and do another project in exchange for a Doctorate. His knowledge gained in horticulture gives him insight into matching the right plants for wildlife for the available soils. Or just to give your property a little “Bling”. Robert is close to finishing up the PhD in Horticulture while he still finds plenty of time to help clients find and manage some of the best land in East Alabama.
Robert received a real estate license in the mid 1990’s and has spent much of his time since then finding, developing, and managing both rural and suburban property. His wide range of expertise in business, land development, and management gives him a great set of tools to help you “find and build” your dream location.
